When I find an honourable and reasonably priced repair person (whether is be for appliances, vehicles or anything else) I like to shout it from the rooftops and John and Bob do exactly that! They are very quick to book an appointment and more than reasonable at the time and cost of the repair! They are honest to the point they will let you know of its even worth fixing. You won't find better "repairers" than Tonic!
Removal of raccoons from our property
Jim was great! I emailed a few companies and he got back to me within the hour. He checked our roof to find nothing. We knew there were three raccoons in the area so we decided to use traps. Because there are a large number of cats in our neighborhood he set them on the roof so no cats were accidentally trapped. After three days of catching nothing, we brought the traps down and placed them outside at night. We still had two days of nothing. Just as I was ready to give up, we caught them. Jim came and removed the family of three in a very gentle and kind manner. Thanks Jim!
