MY AC unit broke on the hottest day of the year. Max was responsive to my needs and made adjustments to his schedule in order to make a late night service call to my home. He was professional and honest. He explained the mechanics and science behind the problem and he fixed it. Contractor on the AC was broken. Very satisfied with his service. Highly recommended. Mark
