I have used Pro Appliance for several years now. The same technician always services my appliances, which is helpful because he knows their history. Matthew gives me excellent customer service; he went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my machine was repaired before he went on vacation so that another technician did not have to get involved.

- It is sometimes difficult to arrange service calls as I call the main number and then have to wait for Matthew to call me back and if I miss his call, I have to repeat the whole process b/c I can't call him directly or reach him via email. So, a direct line or email address would be helpful.
