Renato came in with the lowest quote for replacing my 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. But that didn't mean he offered less in knowledge, expertise or professionalism. He was very particular about ensuring I had the best equipment for the size of my house, checking a 2nd time with a colleague. He accommodated my request that there be enough room at the side of the house for traffic flow once the air conditioner was installed. He kept to his schedule and communicated frequently. The clean up was good. Thanks Renato & team!

My rental Reliance water tank developed an internal leak which caused extensive flooding in my finished basement. While insurance covered the damage, I was out $500 deductible. Reliance would not accept responsibility, though they failed to provide a reliable quality product. under the Consumer Protection Act. Customer service would not return my calls and reps were belligerent. Users beware. I have now changed companies, and the new company's customer service to date has been A LOT better.
