Amir was the first to respond to my request to come by to replace the toilet. He came on a Sunday for no additional charge, was efficient, and did a number of extras as caulking around the bottom of the new fixture, adding a water coagulation to avoid spillage, and brought the old toilet to the disposal area I will definately call on him for future projects -Robert

I commend Nick for being the first (and sole) respondent to my request for the microwave replacement and exhaust install. It was a much more challenging job than I initially anticipated, however Nick was up to the task. He demonstrated agility in finding workarounds to the limitations of the wiring, and right sizing the existing exhaust vent piece. He took the time to get it done, without cutting corners. For the amount billed, he could have charged more as he had electrical aspects to the work which was not in scope. Therefore, if you need an honest and dedicated worker, call Nick and team to get it done. -Robert

Liz at GTA Kitchen Depot provided exceptional client service. From the time of my initial inquiry, to her doing an initial consult to measurement by her installer, to completion was a bit over a week. This also included tome for her to obtain required paperwork as it is a condo. I am fortunate to have gone with my first choice. As you can tell, the removal of the old counter and replacement with the new took a little more than an hour, and the installers ensured to tidy up and trim areas as needed. They were professional and efficient. Make sure that you are aware that you will likely need a follow up with your own plumber to align the sink and drain pipe (additional). Once again, thanks Liz and will definitely call on them in the future!

Dean is an honest, down to earth professional who contacted me right away soon after I posted the referral request. He quoted a very reasonable price for the pipe replacement and part, in addition to the fixture replacement. His work is quality and efficient. I would without a doubt call him for any plumbing needs!

With a few hours notice, Alex arrived within the window promised, provided expert and quality service and at a competitive price point. As the pictures illustrate, the job required working in a tight space, removal of an older shelving unit, and stack all within a short period of time. I would highly recommend Alex for any of your install and other needs!

Andrew was very knowledgeable and demonstrative in his approach to this issue. He took the time to travel to purchase the parts needed and returned to complete the work. While the labour cost is generally at a premium for plumbing service, I feel the quality and efficiency delivered was worth the cost. I have used them a year back and would certainly consider them for additional work in the future.

I reserved a uHal 20' truck for June 23rd online on their Uhaul website. Within a few moments, I received a confirmation by phone. While the location (Universal Auto Techs) did not have the larger truck, the 20' was large enough for the majority of our furniture to be moved in one trip. When we arrived on the 23rd, the staff was professional and prompt in going through the papers and getting upon our way. Unfortunately,in our haste we took the wrong truck originally (the keys seem to work in more than one truck), but they were very apologetic and we were not billed extra. in fact, the cost for the one trip, including gas, was less than $100.00, thus resulting in potential savings of several hundred if a moving company was used. I strongly recommend Universal Auto Techs/Uhaul, and would give 10 if Universal was easier to contact by phone. If they have wireless headsets this may resolve the issue.

I called in the morning and given a window of 12 to 2 the same day. Rob promptly arrived a little after noon, provided a reasonable quote, and resolved the issue within a half an hour. In addition, he explained how the diverter mechanism should be used to ensure a long life. Honesty, as someone who can be cynical of overcharging service personnel, I believe that Express Router is a prime example of honest professionals who take pride in their work. Rob, job well done!
