Mike showed up quickly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what our problem was. After a thorough examination, Mike suggested a course of action that had our best interests in mind. Very impressed with his integrity as we were caught without heat on the coldest day of the year thus far, and while another company tried to take advantage of us, his character was saved us from the cold and from a huge expense. So happy that we called and Airrad, and were connected with Mike. Cannot say enough... how appreciative we are. They will continue to get our business.
