I bought a wind turbine back in sep, 2010 and it was all downhill from there.. The unit only worked for 36 hours and blew up due to a manufacturer defect.. That is where all the problems started, they just gave the runaround for months and months with no resolution.. Response time was very slow and I had to call over and over again to attempt to get help, but no resolution.. Finally I reaached my patience limit in January 2012 and threatened BBB and Attorney general reports and The sales Manager called me in the middle of the night shouting obscene words at me then hung up.. Had to have state police involved and they tried to use this as an excuse to not support the faulty product they sold me.. It is now June 2012 and I am still working with trying to get the faulty equipment working.. The total cost of the item was $6,772, so not pocket change.. I would not buy from this company for any reason.. Real good talk until the sale is made.. After that complete customer support failure..
