James at Yeti Electrical Solutions quoted a job at my residence for a minor electrical refresh. I needed some new outlets installed, upgrade to some others, along with some upgraded lighting. When he came to quote he followed COVID guidelines and was on time and very professional. He understood what needed to be done, and in the larger context of a future renovation to my basement, suggested an upgrade to the electrical panel to mitigate any issues down the road. When the day came to do the work they were tidy, quick and got right to work. It was an absolute pleasure to have hired James, and would highly reccomend!

Stephen is a professional in every sense of the word. His attention to detail, commitment to the job was a breath of fresh air. He is a pleasure to work with, knows what he is doing, and made appropriate suggestions to improve the job and make it even better. As an added value - and something I didn't even consider doing - he repaired some work to a window frame that came up beautifully - something anyone else hired to do would have ignored. I highly, highly recommend Stephen to to any project in your home, especially if you want it done on-time and with top quality workmanship.

The sales woman was great. She sold us a mattress, and then a davenport couch for our spare room (which converted to a bed - best thing ever) and the first delivery was fine. Then, the couch broke, and Sears decided that they were going to replace the whole thing. When the second delivery happened, about 7 months later, as agreed, the people who drlivered our couch clearly didn't care about the state in which they left our home. Dirty carpets, scratched ceilings, lights and walls - they left a trail of destruction which nearly made my cry. I called their customer service, who told us they weren't going to do a thing. If you're going to buy something from Sears - make sure you can get it home yourself!! Sears Home Delivery is NOT reccomended!
