We had the carpet cleaned upstairs and in the basement (main floor has hardwood) and had our couch, loveseat and chair cleaned. The two guys that came were great - very professional and attention to detail. Carpet looked brand new when they were done. We were very happy with them and would recommend.

Our fridge, dryer and stovetop electrical panel decided to stop working for us all within a few weeks of each other. I called John's appliance service and he was able to make an appt for the next day to look at the fridge. He fixed it the same day as the appointment and the cost was very reasonable. When the dryer and stovetop went he was really busy so it took a few days for an appointment. When he did come over though he was able to fix the dryer the same day but had to order a part for the stove. Again though the price was great! When he had to come back to fix the stove he didnt charge us for labour just for the part!

Our furnace hadnt been working properly so when the sears telemarketer called for furnace cleaning/servicing I booked the appt. The sales guy was great and super friendly (obviously why he is in sales lol) He looked at the furnace said that their guy could fix it no problem - said he could move our humidifier to a more convenient spot on the furnace - and also could move a germ light that my husband had installed in the wrong spot to the right spot. They would also clean the furnace and sanitize the vents/ducts. this was going to cost approx 1300 but we could choose the 12 monthly payments no interest option. Well the guys came to service and clean the furnace a few days later - the service guy said he couldnt move the humidifier or germ light because it wasnt their product. He also said that the furnace was working fine and when I asked "why does it keep shutting off then?" he said there was no way for him to know unless it shut itself off while he was there. The guys who cleaned the furnace were very nice and did a good job. The sales guy said that they guarantee your house will have 80% less dust after they are done - but I'm pretty sure the dust is the same as it was before. Not really sure how you would prove this though? I have called sears and left msgs for a manager to call me back so I could complain about the humidifier and germ light not being moved but nobody has gotten back to me. Overall I think we could have got the same or better service for a heck of a lot cheaper!!
