Had a little hiccup in claiming the rebate, but through 1 phone call, the company was able to rectify the problem within minutes. Very impressed with their response time. Fantastic roofing job done by a skilled crew. Couldn't say enough about the work ethics of the hardworking crew. Mine was a big job with almost 200 bundles of shingles used. The crew worked hard during heatwave, with temperatures soaring in 30s. Lead installer is Chris, he showed up every morning on time and the crew cleaned up every day after work. Very respectful to the property and careful with protecting the windows and garage doors when demolishing old shingles. Laid tarp on neighbours walkway to prevent the debris from falling directly into their yard. Had a minor issue that was discovered days after installation and when contacted, owner Lewis sent someone immediately and was addressed to our satisfaction. Will not hesitate recommending their service to others. Extremely satisfied with the install.. People out there, you can give them the business. It is a good company that delivers on time and stand behind their job.

Taylor is punctual. I have used him a couple of times and he is on time and he does not up sell. Repair of grout took 2 days, he came back after the first application was dry the next day to complete the job. Very reasonable in price. Happy with the jobs he completed. Would use him again.

Requested through home star to have exterior of the house re-caulked. David showed up to look at the house at the time we agreed upon, nobody even needed to be at home for the quote. The detailed quote later came in an email. Quote was fair, not the lowest but fair. I decided to give them the job Crew showed up on time on the the date they said they would start and did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the job was done. Everything was done as quoted. Very satisfied with the result.

This is not the first time I used JMC concrete, the results are simply stunning as usual. I I got to know the owner operator John and his wife Bela a few years back they put exposed aggregate concrete on my driveway. They were on time, did exactly what was promised, cleaned up and no fuss. I have seen people on my street doing the exact same thing with other companies, they could not use their driveway for a few weeks. Contractor came tore everything apart, waited weeks before they returned and poured, then left again.. Came back a few days later to seal... Not the case with JMC. They did my driveway in 2 days, and this time the back yard stamped concrete again in 2 days. What more can you ask for? Everything like clockwork, they did it exactly like it was quoted as per drawing... Cleaned up. Now I have this amazing backyard Oasis. Highly recommended.
