I've hired Mississauga Railing Systems many times since we first met. As a builder in the Toronto area, we easily come across many suppliers. However, finding companies that care about the smallest details from the initial consultation where listening and understanding are key, to fast turn around times and flawless implementation, isn't always so easy. MRS have consistently delivered a beautiful finished product; staff are courteous and a pleasure to have around our job sites; they clean up after themselves; and, quite frankly, we no longer shop anywhere else for any of our railing needs. Consistency isn't a simple thing to achieve and this company hit it out of the park every time.

We are a Toronto based home builder/renovator and have hired Arton Construction Group several times to handle our demolition needs. Whether it has been a full demolition, partial, or selective type of demolition project, the degree of professionalism with which they work has always been very impressive. It's great to see that although this type of work can be very messy and dirty, their job site is always neat and tide, orderly and organized. Staff are consistently polite and mindful while being respectful of the neighbours as well. We would happily recommend them for any demolition work. You will not regret it there decision, as we have not for several years now. Hire professionals because it's worth it.

As a general contractor, I have hired George Kent Home Improvements several times over the past few years. Their commitment to quality and service is second to none. Most of our customers have very high standards and a company such as theirs relieves a lot of stress or concern for everyone involved. Pricing is fair, installers are courteous and professional, job sites are organized and left clean and tidy before they leave. The George Kent Home Improvement crews are always punctual and reliable. In the world of construction This type of professionalism is not always the easiest to come by. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, whether you are a construction professional or a home owner. I know that you will not be disappointed. George Kent Home Improvements helps to make Homes by Anacleto Design look great!

As a general contractor, I have hired Public Plumbing many times for projects of different sizes. In the world of construction, it often is quite a challenge to find well qualified, professional, and courteous sub-trades like Public Plumbing. They consistently show up on time, do exactly what they say they will do (and often more!) and work in a tidy, organized manner. The job site is always left clean after their work is complete also. It is with pleasure that I re-hire them over and over. It's a great feeling to know that with them, there's nothing to worry about. I cannot highly recommend them enough. They help to make Homes by Anacleto Design look good! Whether you are looking at hiring their services as a home owner or construction professional, you will not be disappointed.

We hired Jameson Pool and spa to build our pool 3 1/2 years ago. The design and construction process was fine and the finishing etc was also great. We have had them service (openings/closings/water testing etc) our pool and equipment since it was new, knowing that there are less expensive alternatives out there, believing in their products and recommendations. Staff at the store has always been pleasant to the point where we haven't minded driving all the way to Oakville/Mississauga to visit the shop for regular maintenance. Last fall, just before the three year mark, we did notice a small leak in our pool shed. As it was only 2 weeks away or so from the closing date they suggested to us that the technicians look at it when they came to close the pool for the season. They came and left and and didn't do anything about it. We inquired about this and Vi suggested that because they were so busy with the closing season that it should take place in the spring when the pool was to be opened. This year we reminded them of it again and nothing was done. We have been extremely disappointed for several reasons: 1) our loyalty seems to have gone unnoticed 2) our equipment is now out of warranty (Vi told us that there's a 3 year warranty on the heater (so it would have been covered last fall when they should have repaired it) 3) we have had to chase after Vi to get responses either via email or telephone 4) she also went as far as implying that the water was unbalanced this year and that it might be the cause of the damage to the heater (I reminded her that we told them about the issue last year and that they tested and balanced the water with us always since new and that it most certainly was out of balance this year because it was just opened and the heater had not been turned on yet. Despite all this we still inquired about having them provide a price to purchase a new heater, again with no response. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks. It's now June and we have yet to use our pool because of this. As a self employed person running two companies, I understand that physically one can only do so much and that things take time. What I do not understand and consider unacceptable is giving the impression that a customer's concerns are being ignored because a warranty won't cover the work. It's a very disappointing experience right now and after recommending them to several friends (they built at least 4 more pool projects because of our recommendations) we now feel that we need to warn them as well. We will likely be searching elsewhere for the continued maintenance of our pool and equipment.

Be very careful about warranties and service. Be very careful when the supplier tries to defer service/maintenance to a time period when you may not have any warranty.
