I called to cancel my monitoring with Executive. I was rudely dealt with. I was told I had to communicate by fax (really, who uses faxes anymore?). When I said that I was driving the car, and asked to have the fax # emailed or texted to me, he said "so, you want me to do all of the work". YES, I was expecting him to do 'some work' since I am the customer. Not a good way to treat a customer, and now I am very confident that I made the correct choice to switch to a more responsive company.
