What do I say about this company? After being a loyal customer for over 3 years we found out that our alarm system could be de-activated by anyone easily and when we brought this up to the company they told us that they were aware of the situation and would upgrade us for free to another system. When I asked why they did not tell us about the issue before, they said that only because we knew of the issue now did it matter. I cancelled immediately only to be told I would have to pay out the remainder of my contract. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!

We were very excited to have a screen room built on our back deck and were very happy with the sales person and installer. Once the project was done however, we were no longer able to get ahold of our rep for some follow ups she had promised and especiall when we started noticing some things that needed touched up on the structure. We love our screen room and spend many hours in it, it is just unfortunate that the experience was marred by bad follow up.

When we built our home we needed to find window furnishing for all of the windows. We were recommended to go with Mars Blinds and liked their pricing. It took a little longer than expected to get the installation done and we had to wait due to delays. Other than that we were happy.

Wow. When it was time to develop our back yard and put up fencing we knew who to call. While our neighbors went with a different contractor for their fencing we decided to use One of a Kind and I am so glad we did. They built our fence correctly the first time as well as did an amazing job on our exposed deck and vynal deck around our hottub. All of neighbors who used the other contractor ended up replacing their fences the following year.

When we decided to install an inground sprinkler system we were refered to College Waterworks. From the quote through to the installation and maintenance we have found them to be great. Any time we have a change to make (eg. adding our garden onto the system), they are quick to come out and do it. Part of their service is to come and blow out the lines each fall to ready the system for winter and that has proven to be great for piece of mind. Thank you for taking care of us.
