Dryer had been squealing for about a month. I honestly thought since it was 12 yrs old, that it was time to just buy a new one. I opted to contact Atiar from High Tech Appliance as I have used him in the past for the dryer and dishwasher. He was willing to come the very next day but since I was working he said he could come on Saturday. He fixed the squealing by replacing the rear bearing and also replaced the belt. Atiar is very knowledgeable and a true gentleman. He is extremely professional and his pricing is very reasonable. Thank you Atiar for continuing to provide excellent service. He is the only appliance repair I will use and I highly recommend him.

Tried opening my garage door but would only open a few inches. Thought it was due to the extreme cold. When I realized it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, I remembered that my neighbour had used a garage door service in the summer and I had got his card at that time. I luckily found his card and called. Bob said he would be at my place within 30 minutes . Btw, this happened on a Sunday and it was Family Day long weekend, not to mention the coldest day in a long time! Bob arrived soon after my call and within an hour had my garage door working again. His price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. Very nice guy. I would highly recommend him . The fact that he was so prompt on a Sunday of a long weekend speaks volumes. Thank you very much Bob! 10/10

Customer service was excellent from first conversation on telephone . Very knowledgable and helpful. Provided me with helpful info Via email before initial service appointment. Technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous . Upon assessment of vents in my house tech advised me that ducts/furnace was considerably clean and really did not require cleaning. I valued the honesty as they could have just did the job an taken my money. I even received a follow up call afterwards even though I did not end up having ducts cleaned. I will definitely use this company again and will reccommend to anyone considering duct cleaning or any type of furnace service.. This is a perfect example of how customer service should be.
