The bathroom hot water tap was dripping and the sink itself was plugged. I was impressed that I could book a visit at a time convenient to my schedule. The plumber fixed both my problems in short time and was personable during the visit. I felt the price was fair and I trusted the job was done properly.
From the intial contact with Sullivan's till the finished product I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and great to deal with. My Mayday tree is huge and was infected with fungas. The Sullivan staff assessed the situation, left me a great quote that was the best I had received, and returned to do the job as planned. I contacted Sullivan's to question why some branches were left untrimmed. They responded promplty and professionally and were at my home to re-address the situation. They met with me to discuss why some branches were left as well as trim a few additional areas. They also offered great advice for the furure of my very old tree. I will hire them annually and referred them to my three neighbors.
Commercial sandwichline fridge down
Two previous cvompanies ahd left me hanging regarding this fridge and a replacement is around $4000. Darren at Celtic showed up when he said and worked diligently on the problem. He informed me that this would be a true process to determine the problem. He kept me aware of the process and that he was pulling in the knowledge and experience of others. Darren was relentless with the time he put in and assured me that he would not do me wrong at the end of the day re: the bill. Well, he fixed the problem where others gave up and he kept his word re the bill. VERY fair considering the hours he actually put into this. I would hire him for any job in the future.
furnace cleaning and maintenance
I called Subzero to check my furnace before I went out of the country for a holiday. The service person came quicker than I expected and while checking my concern about the belt she also tested for leaks and found a line that was leaking gas. Went away feeling everything was in good shape and I was impressed.
Dryer, oven and dishwasher not working!
Super service. Three appliances not working and one person took care of everything, Rayleen from Subzero. Everything fixed and some parts replaced. She talked to me as she was fixing things and even showed me the actual parts that she was replacing and why. There was great follow up to explain to me what to do in the future to take care of the appliances so future repairs would be less. Who does that? Absolutely excellent service. I felt so confident and safe that I paid exactly what was needed and not a penny more. That is hard to find.
Repairs were done by the owner Darrin. He was polite and took care with my floors and household items. Did the job and explained to me the problem and how he would fix it. Repairs were done, parts replaced. Darrin contacted me the next day to ensure that all was running well. Since then I have bumped into him and he remembered the appliance he fixed and asked again. I felt well taken care of and well informed even though I did noty know a thing about refrigeration.
