I've used Enrique at Professional Tree Services on more than 1 occasion. This time I had to remove an old cedar tree to make room for a brand new shed/studio. Enrique was prompt, professional, and did another fantastic job in my backyard! He is not only amazing at his job, but he is very friendly and when he says he'll be there, he's committed and ready to go. Mr. Yi and his crew recently finished our laundry room renovation, and added a half bath within the room as well. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Yi, I knew I was in great hands. He was extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He added a pocket door, beautiful flooring, a toilet and vanity, and lovely pot-lights to brighten up the space. The plumbing work was impeccable, and my wife and I were most impressed with his quality of work and attention to detail. He also helped us by converting a unused cold-room into a perfectly insulated closet with custom shelving. This gives us much more room in the house for storage, and the house already feels less cluttered. I would highly recommend Mr. Yi and his hardworking crew. They go over and beyond their call of duty, and we look forward to our next project when we require our kitchen to be fully renovated.

Zach and his crew completely transformed my backyard. We had old concrete slabs that were uneven as well as a garden that was dysfunctional. From the first phone call and meeting, to the final walk through and completion, Zach was extremely professional and provided outstanding customer service. Zach is very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft, has fantastic work ethic, and provided amazing attention to detail. I would hire Zach again in a heartbeat for future projects. I particularly appreciated his quick response time, thorough explanation of the tasks, and overall down to earth nature and friendliness. I had my BBQ gas line installed 2 years ago, but the company who installed it did a very poor job. The line was improperly installed, and I knew I had to get it refinished. I called Max on a Sunday, and he came that same afternoon to fix the issue. He installed a brand new line, and did an outstanding job. His quality of work and professionalism was excellent, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I thank Max for doing such a great job on my BBQ gas line, and will use him again in the future.

The ventilation that connects my water heater to the chimney was improperly sloped and could be a cause for carbon monoxide to flow back into the house. I called Walter, and he was at the house within 2 hours. He assessed the issue, and scheduled his son Ron to come and correct the issue in the afternoon of the same day. The quality of work was outstanding, and the service amazing. Both Walter and Ron are very professional, polite, and my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with their service. I would recommend them without hesitation, and we can't thank them enough for their expertise and professionalism.

Rene and his team recently completed two major projects for our bungalow. Our dated 1950's basement, and our dis-functional main floor bathroom. When we met with Rene after reading his Homestars reviews, we were thoroughly impressed with his sincerity, professionalism, and calm demeanor. Rene stayed true to his word from start to finish. Rene and his team of professionals completed all the major work, including; demolition, framing, electrical and plumbing, drywall, flooring, lighting, kitchen installation, and painting. They also identified and fixed our leaky basement issues by doing an extremely solid job of waterproofing. It was no small job, as they diligently dug around the exterior of the house in the sweltering heat. I would highly recommend Royal Basements for any renovation work required. We now have a beautifully renovated, 1100 sq ft basement, with a functional kitchen, 3 piece bath, and 2 bedrooms. We also have a brand new main floor bathroom thanks to them. Our next project will involve making an open concept kitchen and family room , as well as installing hard wood flooring throughout the main floor. There is no doubt in my mind that I will turn to Royal Basements for this project, and many others for my home. Lastly, Rene and his team stayed on budget and time, and went over and beyond their call of duty by fixing other small jobs that were not part of the original plan. I sincerely thank them for their diligent work, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity. We are excited to have a beautifully renovated home for our family for many years to come, and also happy that the value of our home increased substantially due to the quality of workmanship and new space provided.
