Starlane respond to concerns timely. WE were concern about our plumbing in kitchen – fixed in 2 days. Even though we had a false alarm with the plumbing in our in suite washroom, we were hapy someone came over to have a look.
We bought all our home appliances at Lowes- Fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer 20 months ago. Our washing machine was broken, we had a loaner while we wait for ours to be repaired. Great customer service!
Activating Alarm and capping outlet
I work with Amanda of Grand Alarm. Initially she was very helpful; I did not get the service promise to me as we had different expectation of the final product. I would like Grand Alarm to ensure customer is provided in detail of the product as oppose to a package deal and the details verbally discussed as it leads to misunderstanding and disappointment
