P & P worked diligently to complete our beautiful main floor renovation over the summer. We were impressed with this company when we met Natanael. Mario, Ernesto and Jorge were a good team -- helpful, efficient, practical, talented and diligent. They worked six days a week from at least 8 until 6 for most of the project. Their goal was to complete in 7 weeks -- and I am pleased to say they completed in 7 weeks and 2 days, which was perfect for us. Jorge and Ernesto in particular made the experience fantastic -- we lived in the basement/upstairs during the reno, and these gentleman were considerate to us and kind to our three kids. The finished product is nice to live in! We learned of P & P through our friend and designer Julie Reinhart Design (she's amazing!), and we felt an atmosphere of teamwork during the renovation. Most team members cared about a job well done (less impressed with one of the carpenters, the electrician and especially the plumber). Natanael has great ideas for older homes, and helped us to improve many things. This project was big -- our house was built in 1928 and we had to start from scratch -- new walls, floors, insulation, ceilings, everything! Ernesto and Jorge did an amazing job restoring an old brick wall and now it's the feature of our house. Most concerns were addressed with honesty during the process, which we appreciated. The only reason I can't leave this company with a 10/10 review is that we weren't totally pleased with some of the carpentry work on our stairs, we have some regrets over the work of the electricians and we do not think the plumber who installed our sink did a job job at all. I would like to stress that the rest of the experience was very positive.
