STAY AWAY from this company!!! I selected this dealer to repair my Bryant High Efficiency Furnace from the Bryant website as an authorized dealer. First, Amit (he appears to be one person company) spent 2 hours trying to diagnose the problem. He charged me $100 for "diagnostics" and told me he had to replace a faulty pressure switch ($250). Next day he replaced the switch, which made no difference. He put the old switch back. Then he suspected there was an air flow blockage that needed to be fixed. He spent another hour or so trying to find the blockage, but could not. Then he told me that the exchanger was corroded and needed to be replaced (very expensive and labor-intensive job). Next day he did not call or show up. When I called him, he asked me if he could order a new exchanger. I said no and we agreed I get a second opinion. I called another technician, who, within an hour, proved that all of the "diagnoses" of Amit were incorrect, and proved that the real cause was a faulty control panel. He promptly replaced the panel, and the furnace started to work. He charged me $50 for diagnostics and maintenance and another $50 for the replacement!? Next day, I phoned Amit and described the situation. He admitted he was wrong, but refused to return the (mis-)diagnostics fee.
