I had purchased a living room set from The Bay in Kitchener and was amazed by there service. I had originally purchased a different set but on the day of Delivery they had brought in the wrong product to my house and we found out later that day that my set was on back order and b/c of this inconvenience, The Bay decided to let me upgrade from my set which was $900 to a beautiful sectional sofa for $1500...and they had it delivered 3 days later :)
