Chris came recommended by my storm window installation company. I phoned him because some of the sash cords were hanging loose on our old fashioned windows. I’ve been told in the past that it is hard to find people who can repair those cords. He arranged to come the next day to give me a free quote and was even able to come earlier than originally planned. They looked at all the windows and said that three needed to have the sash cords replaced. It was $75 per cord, so $150 per window. They were able to do it right then and it was all done in about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and it was left neat and tidy, though I think there were a couple of nicks in the paint work around the windows afterwards. I was very happy to get the work done so promptly and Chris was pleasant and professional to deal with.
