Lee, our technician, was professional, courteous and friendly, helpful, efficient and gave good advice regarding purchase/rental options when we are going to look at a new furnace in future. We have always had good experiences with Enercare representatives and technicians - never a bad encounter in all the years we've used this company.

Yesterday, we had Enercare's annual furnace cleaning and inspection as per our contract. The serviceman was polite, informative and helpful in addition to being skilled at his job - all good characteristics for someone in a service profession. Usually we clean our (permanent) furnace filter twice a year and this should have been cleaned (by us) in October as I'd wanted, so the serviceman supplied us with a disposable one - going above and beyond the call so that we have good air flow. I am extremely pleased with Enercare's service!

This job was done by the owner of Top Drawer and his crew in August of 2007. Initially, we were pleased with the appearance of the job and this company seemed professional - the owner even guaranteed that if upon completion we found leaks or any sort of problem he would have someone come out and fix everything guaranteed. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't true to his word. We had leaks at various points (the worst being right in front of our front door at the overhang which is part of a veranda roof) and repeated telephone calls as well as emails to this man went unanswered and ignored. We were very disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone as a result.

We were able to book online to have a technician come out and do the annual inspection and cleaning of our furnace (part of our contract) - within days of booking Kevin was able to come out and arrived within the time frame advised. He completed everything quickly and efficiently, and we're very happy with the quality of the service in every way.
