Joe came after I called with respect to a broken mechanism in my kitchen window. We quickly realized that Verdun was not the supplier of my windows (they installed my doors), and even though they didn't install the window, they repaired it for free. The technician didn't want to leave me stranded with a freezing cold kitchen. Now that's customer service!! Thank you so much
