We are very thankful for the exemplary service we received from Serhiy and Tornado Plumbing. We had a serious leak from our pressurized toilet that required the complete pressure system to be replaced. They were prompt in answering our call despite it being during the holidays and even came out to assess the situation. Once the part was received, they replaced it and even had to make a few customizations to complete the job. The toilet is working even better that it was originally! Their communication is excellent and they are professional and very courteous! We have no hesitation in recommending Tornado plumbing and certainly will use them again if another plumbing need arises.

Price includes HST Jason was the serviceman. This is his third year coming to do the annual furnace and on demand hot water heater. He does an excellent job. He is very thorough and explains things making sure we understand. He is very respectful and practiced the Covid protocols. We highly recommend Jason. High efficiency is a great company too that is very responsive.
