They were tasked to do maintainence work on our condo AC units. They found the AC not working. Promised to but failed to call back to discuss how to fit it. They agreed to an appointment when reached by phone but they never arrived.. Failed to return calls after the fact. Any shop this unprofessional is a gamble you don't want to take in my books.
