I had seen a Sullivan Tree Service crew take down a large spruce tree in my neighbour's front yard and had been considering doing the same at my place because the 46 year old tree's roots were destroying the lawn, lifting my sidewalk and neighbour's driveway and my garage floor was showing cracks from the pervading roots. The removal next door went very smoothly and quickly and I got Sullivan's name from my neighbour. I had called other companies for estimates and they were coming in very much higher than the one I got from Sullivan. So I scheduled the removal with Sullivan. The crew they sent were prompt and they explained how they were going about falling the tree so as to do little or no damage to my garage that was within 12 feet of the tree and a city electrical box that was 4 feet from the other side. They lopped the low branches so that if the tree came down where they were setting up to drop it none of the branches would hit the garage or the box. When the time came to cut the tree down they carefully lined up their cuts and tied up a rope into the top part of the tree so they could apply pressure in the desired direction. They dropped the tree exactly where they said they would. I was amazed at their accuracy. They then proceeded to remove and shred all of the branches and cut the trunk into 12 to 18 inch rounds. They threw the rounds into their truck and raked and swept up all of the debris from the cutting from the front lawn. I could not be happier with the work they did. They were very professional in their work and very pleasant to deal with. By the way, the bill included the grinding of the stump which will be done next week.

In June 2012 we had ET inc. replace the windows and French doors on our house and we were and still are extremely satisfied with the results. They have performed just as Jan, the owner, told us they would. This month, August 2015, we had Jan replace our front door, 4 feet wide glass panel plus sidelights. The old door had been installed in a 1993 renovation and was showing its age. In discussion with Jan we decided on a fibreglass door painted to match trim on the house. His crew of two, Dean and Miro, arrived on time and got right to work. Dean had been the crew leader on our previous window replacement and as before, his workmanship was outstanding. Jan came by the following day and did a little touch-up work that was planned. We are extremely pleased with the results and will continue to recommend their products and services to anyone.

E.T. Inc. Windows & Doors was recommended to us by my son-in-law, who is in the construction business, after we had tried in vain to get one of the more well known companies to complete a quote for us. Jan Egliet, the owner, came to our house with very little wait time and he gave us a very thorough explanation of the products he sells. We had not considered using vinyl construction windows but Jan's explanations and the information he left with us convinced us to ask for a written estimate. Jan came back with an estimate based on the options we had requested telling us that the options included in the estimate were for the highest quality and cost, and that he was perfectly willing to change the specifications and therefore, reduce the prices as we wished. We decided that the price he quoted was within our budget and far better that what we had received from competitors and so we agreed to proceed with his proposal. Delivery was made to Jan from the factory, however, we were going to take an extended vacation of about 2 months so we asked Jan if he could delay the installation. He agreed and stored the new windows and doors for us. On our return, a phone call arranged a date for his crew to do the installation work. Right on the stated time, his crew of 3 people arrived and began the work which was complicated by the fact that the stucco siding of the house had been installed right up to the window frames as part of a previous renovation 17 years ago. The crew was very careful and exacting when they cut the stucco so that it would not be damaged when the old windows were removed. They pleasantly surprised us when they went to great efforts to protect the inside of the house from dust and debris as much as possible. They even vacuumed up the bits and pieces every time they had completed each part of the work (i.e. for every window removal and subsequent installation they vacuumed). The result was that our place was left very clean each day of the project. The quality of the workmanship was extremely high in comparision to the work that had been done in previous renovations to our home. The workmen were consistently the same people every day of the job and they adjusted to our schedules. The care they took in their work, and that they showed to our home, was a big and welcome surprise and it was very much appreciated. The windows and doors exceed what we had hoped for and are exactly as Jan had described to us. We could not be more satisfied with the products, the work performed, and the price. Thanks to Dean, Ky, and Mike (the installers) and to Jan Egliet for his enthusiasm and professionalism.

We went to this company on the recommendation of our daughter who had previously purchased from the store. The sales person, Pam, was very helpful in determining what it was we wanted and then recommended a product that met our needs to a "T". She even helped find a manufacturer's discount on the price. Her measurements were very precise and when one of the new windows had not been completely installed and could not be measured during the discount period she managed to get the whole order under the discount. In spite of our suggestion that the measurements could be estimated the staff delined to do so until they could make an actual memasurement. To their credit, this was very much the right decision and after the product delivery the subsequent installation proceeded flawlessly. We could not be happier with our transactions with Sheila's Window Toppers & More. The product compliments the new windows in colour and style. Thank you very much to Pam,(the sales person.), Loren (the installer), and to Sheila for ensuring that our order was done perfectly and extending the discounted price to us.
