Sydney in Barrie

I had them come in to take a look at a rug i Spilled red wine on. They told me it would be easy to remove and would cost 150. They took the carpet and in about 7 days dropped it back off and Demanded $175 claiming wine stains were extra (he knew it was a wine stain when he picked it up). Once I unrolled the rug the stain was WORSE then when they picked it up. I asked them to take it back and they did.. dropped it off and again a big stain remaining. They didn't even come inside my unit to drop it off left it in the hallway when they knew I was home.
