Igor and his staff did an outstanding job building a walkout and pouring a new concrete floor for our basement. They installed the pipes for in-floor heating as well as the rough ins for a new washroom and laundry area. As we were not lowering the basement we were concerned about the finished height. We ended up at just under 80" exactly as planned. There were a few plumbing issues as the work progressed - sump pump location/discharge, replacement of clay sewer pipes. These were reviewed with us and based on Igors reco's were handed well. Igor also recommended individuals for the in floor heating and concrete polishing for the floor. He coordinated with the other contractors and made the entire process seamless. All in all a very good experience. Outstanding work and great pricing. Ron and Silvia, Toronto
