It's places like this that give service a bad name. Rude people who cared more for their business than their customers - don't they get it that treating people with no respect ultimately will cost them? NEVER AGAIN!!!
I was walking on King East last weekend (a bit painfully as I had a lousy sleep on my lousy old mattress) and saw a new mattress store called Goodnight Sleeo just north on Sherbourne (where Ziggurat used to be for any design junkies). I was looking at a mattress at [another company] and so thought I'd see what was up. What a difference! The space was beautiful - think dark peaceful colours instead of bright fluroecents shining in your face), the sstaff (especially Natasha) was excellent. They actually helped me figure out the best mattress instead of just pointing out the one on sale. I spent less than I was quoted at [another company] and got some excellent pillows to go with it! Way to go, Goodnight Sleep! Welcome to the neighbourhood
