2nd year using this company. Stephen agreed to last years price of 113.00 for this years job. The man arrived on time and worked for slightly more than one hour. I then received an email from Stephen telling me that the price will go up to $150 + tax next year since I had done work on my roof and the leaves were harder to clean. Nonsense! The roof has not been touched for three years. 150 + tax for an appreciated job yet still menial task of cleaning leaves. Do it myself next year or find a more honest service provider. Also, no photo evidence provided to us of the cleaned eaves before and after.
