Initially the response was very quick. They came to my house, assessed the repairs needed, and then returned two days later to "fix" the fridge. They charged me $400 cash. Within a week, my fridge was having the exact same issues it had been having prior to the repair. So nothing had been fixed. I reached out to them again to have them come back and re-asses. That was over three weeks ago and STILL nobody has come to fix the fridge. They claimed they were waiting on the necessary part, and would tell me that it would be soon, or in a couple of days, etc. When I reach out for an update my calls are ignored and my texts are unreturned. As of now I have spent $400 on absolutely nothing. It has now been 7 weeks since I paid them $400 for the initial job, and still my fridge doesn't work. They continue to ignore my calls and texts, and when I do get someone on the phone they tell me they are waiting on parts. It's a complete joke. I would pay $400 to never deal with these people again.
