Charlie was absolutely great! He is trustworthy, which is so important, and does great work. We have used him a few times, and he is very fair and honest. He comes up with innovative solutions to things that others would try to convince you that you needed. He is so good that everyone wants him, so my only recommendation is to book him well in advance! You won’t be disappointed.

When we learned we had a mouse problem we went online to find exterminators. In the morning we called a few places and chose MD pest control because of their guarantee and process. Price wise they were comparable to the others but what made me choose them was that were the only ones that stood by their work and guaranteed it. Also, if they found any holes that could be a point of entry, not only would they identify them but they will plug them too. Turns out our issue was coming from our neighbour so we had to call Mark back a few times and each time he and his workers were responsive, friendly and accommodating. I hope I never have an issue again that requires an exterminator, but I would contact Mark in a heartbeat.
