Horrible experience. The agent from Barrie Ontario gave me bad advise. I had some items which I asked if they should be crated. He said just bubble wrap them and they'll be fine. They got to my final destination shattered. Many items were damaged - some severely. I had a number of boxes lost. I had specifically paid AMJ Campbell to pack them because of their value (both financial and emotional value as they were passed down from family members who are no longer with us). The boxes were lost and more so, they were never listed on the inventory list. The company was supposed to provide an additional person to pack all of my artwork - which again I was paying extra for. They ended up dropping off the boxes for the two movers to pack. This added an additional 4 hours onto the move because now the two movers who were inventorying and loading approximately 10,000 lbs of goods had to stop and pack all the of art. When the goods were unloaded at our new house, I contacted our agent in Barrie and he basically washed his hands of our move. He told me that it was not his responsibility and I had to call the claims department in the US. At least the agent I dealt with in Phoenix who was also an Atlas agent and we were using for short term storage of our goods called me a few weeks after we moved in and asked me if I needed any assistance with our insurance claim. Our Canadian agent could have shown some support as he also knew how upset I was with the move. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. Even the guys that were loading our move had little good to say about this company. What does that say!

Charlie was the only handyman out of the three I called to return my call. He came to our house when he said he would, gave us a reasonable quote on our job and then came back when promised and did a terrific job on the repair we needed. I would definitely recommend Charlie to others.

It was our first visit to the store and had high expectations as we had an impression of the fine quality of furniture that was carried. We were surprised to find that most of the furniture was not very stylish and for the most part very uncomfortable to sit on. We had been to other furniture stores on our search to furnishing and were very disappointed at the selection we found at Deboer's.

We had just moved into a house and needed some electrical work done. I had called 6 electricians and nobody called me back. I found Topcliff from this website and because they were so highly recommended by their clients, I thought I would give them a call. Within 24 hours my message was returned. They showed up at my house when they said they would and sent a quote for the work as they promised - again on time as they said they would. When they came to do the work, John was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, clean and fast. All the work got done beautifully and they exceeded my expectations. I've given and talked about them with many people and I hope they get the recognition and success they deserve. It is hard to find top quality people like John and Frank.

Our experience with Millennium was horrible. The owner Sal talks the talk about his number of years in the business and his experience, but when it came down to walking the walk - he fell on his face. We were constantly lied to about the timing. He told us the stairs would be ready within 4 - 6 weeks, it ended up taking over 2 1/2 months for him to finally start the work. We were told that the job would take 2 days. When it ended up being almost 4 days he kept telling us how big a job it was. Maybe if he worked more than 5 hour days, it would have taken 2 days. And if there is a speck of snow - he hightails out of the house and hits the road. The quality of his work was disappointing. The railing pickets he reinstalled were not properly spaced from each other. There were also not set in straight and don't properly attaching to the banister. He was supposed to prep the risers for painting and did such a lousy job, they had to be resanded by our painter. The edges were rough and the staple holes from where the carpets were previously tacked into the risers had not been filled. The staining job could have been more neatly done by a 3 year old child. I had to repaint all of the molding around the stairs, the pickets and some of the walls because there was stain all over them. When you look at the stairs themselves, there is a gap between the risers and the stair. Shouldn't the two pieces meet?
