From my initial call to the final work, it has been a pleasure to work with The Tree Doctors. Michelle answered all my questions over the phone politely and professionally. Glen came by and we discussed what was needed to be done and later the same day, sent me a fair estimate. Oliver and Michael came by as scheduled. We talked about the job and they eased my concerns They are extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and cleaned up before they left. They did an amazing job with the cedars! Paul is the best contractor to work on my house to date. He is professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. Paul took his time to explain different options to me and made intelligent and cost-saving suggestions that I never thought of. Paul is honest and fair - refreshing qualities. He completed the job on time and left my house clean and tidy. The basement looks amazing already. Paul also has a reliable, competent and polite assistant, Jay, who was also efficient and knowledgeable. They make a great team. The workers were contientious, thorough, clean and explained each step in detail so I could understand it all. As a single woman, felt very comfortable with these workers in my home. Family owned and run business gets my vote each and every time. Took care of everything and made sure it was done right. Left my house cleaner than they found it.
