Maple Leaf Movers broke my furniture

I booked a move with Rick at Maple Leaf Movers. They forgot about the booking and after reminding them, showed up almost 2 hours late, and were unapologetic and rude. They had no furniture carts and only a few blankets and one dolly that they did not use. They DROPPED only the second piece of furniture on the ground causing major damage. Rick promised to make it right, and then gave me the run around for days and is now avoiding my calls. Very unprofessional!
