Complete lack of communication, almost no paperwork despite repeated requests, timelines provided were completely arbitrary and not followed. All of the work had to be prepaid before being completed and when I pressed them on unreasonable delays, they walked off the job and refused to refund the $7000 for the door opener assembly that they said I had to prepay. They've been dodging my phone calls despite many messages that I've left. Complete con-artists that profited from me because of mistruths and manipulation. Real people stand by their work and try to resolve problems, not hide like cowards. If I ran my business like this I'd be in jail, I'm not sure why these guys aren't but I'm sure its just a matter of time. Unfortunately I'm skeptical to trust general contractors because of the farce Al puts forward.
