Washing machine wouldn't fill nor would it go into the spin cycle. Called JSN on Monday and had an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Sam was on time, efficient, knowledgable and very professional. He showed me the issues, gave me the price to fix the issues and was done in 45 minutes. The washing machine is good to go and my family is happy to have clean laundry! Great customer experience!

Older home with dishwasher two cabinets away from sink area. An old copper line from basement to the dishwasher cavity had to be removed and capped and a new hot water line put in. We were very impressed with the professional work of the plumber and the customer service provided. Awesome customer experience.

Rob and his crew were outstanding!! Knowledgable, on time, no messing about. They are skilled craftsmen. The fireplace and stone wall are fantastic! Rob even found us another contractor when the one we hired couldn't finish our family room. Real team players! We will use them again in our basement when we change out our wood burning fireplace to gas. We are beyond satisfied.
