Wrote to the company and responded in minutes asking me to call even though it was late at night. Advised them of the situation and was very honest about what was needed for my circumstances saving me a bit of money. Will be going to this company for my future needs.

Garage, side wall shingles and eaves repair completed. Kelvin and staff were nice to work with. Recommended some solutions to problems presented well. Cleaned up and also listed to feedback and changed project accordingly.

Grant is great to work with. He provides a thorough explanation for all of your questions and concerns. He tackles problems with different solutions than other insulators. He also does the work himself and is not a sales agent that sends someone else.. He isn't the least expensive but I went with him because I went on my instinct and liked the fact that he also had a baby like we did and seemed concerned about safety. His crew was nice to work with as well. They took measures to keep the inside and outside clean. Grant went out of his way and didn't seem to cut corners with the work. He patched up some duct work that had holes for example and suggested a cleaner product than blown cellulose.

The crew was great and were very professional. They were on time and were very efficient. Repaired a wood retaining wall and reinstalled slabs. The work wasn't easy but Stephen and his crew figured things out. They had great attention to detail. They cleaned up after the project was complete. I have some other work planned for my own home and my parents home and will be calling on them again.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and despite my attempts to snake the clog I was not able to clear the clog. Vlad was available the next day early in the morning on a weekend. He cleaned out the pipes and had come twice because it was a bad clog. He also replaced the pipes under the sink because they were not installed according to code. He is pleasant and reasonable with his prices.

Countertop replaced and installed with a new laminate countertop. Staff arrived on time and were very efficient at completing the task. They were clean, courteous and very pleasant to be a round. They were patient with requests to complete other minor tasks above and beyond the original project. Would recommend over big box store services any day.

Paul and Joe just completed duct work cleaning and dryer cleaning. We have a new baby and wanted peace of mind with the dryer (fire prevention) and concern of a foul smell in one of the ducts. I originally requested they clean out my evaporator coil but Paul was honest to say that it wasn't required and saved me money. He also avoided unnecessary replacement of dryer vent piping and repaired it at no charge. I'd recommend Paul and Joe as at least Paul has TSSA certification. Both are very knowledgeable and provided numerous tips and money saving ideas. Will be calling them again for my parents home or for my next cleaning at the current or next home. They are great to deal with and were honest with me rather than trying to nickel and dime us.

Al is great to deal with. He is a good communicator and responds quickly by email and phone. He takes his time and is very knowledgeable. Our projects had some curve balls but Al managed to figure it out and problem solve. There was metal mesh on the siding in the way of where the vent was supposed to go. Al removed it, made it smaller and reinstalled it. Al also cleaned up after he left and gave some great freebie advice on how to save money and avoid costly repair bills with our air conditioning and furnace. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Rob was great to deal with and left the furnace room clean despite removing a humidifier that wasn't functioning and extremely dirty. I bought the house and was told it wasn't functioning so I just left it alone. Daryl was also great to deal with and was very knowledgeable. He assessed the feasibility of installing a vent in a room with no heat. He was honest and forth coming. They both gave me a lot of great advice and spent a lot of time explaining things. They also didn't try to gouge us. The humidifier has since been working great and my newborn is sleeping a lot better as a result.
