We just purchased our first house and only had a couple of weeks to get any repairs/renovations done before moving in. Dan was recommended to us from another contractor and we had never worked with him previously. The issue we had in our house was the “popcorn” ceiling and bulkheads (overtop two of the windows) in our living/dining room. Dan told us the options, time and costs involved in getting this renovated. Given our own time limitations and the schedules of other trades, we had a couples days at most. Dan’s recommendation of putting drywall overtop of the popcorn ceiling was the most time and cost efficient solution. His final price for the work remained the same as his initial quote (which included all materials and clean up). Furthermore, Dan was able to come in on a Saturday and complete the renovation that same day! I would recommend Dan for all the things that I look for in a contractor; quality of work, integrity, professionalism and knowledgeability.
