Furnace Service - Professional, Punctual
I just wanted to let you know how wonderful it was to deal with Distinct. I had called in an emergency 2 days ago after hours and the gentleman that answered my emergency was very professional, explained everything to me, let me know when to expect a call the next day; a pleasure to deal with. That passed on to the next day when I received a call exactly when I was told in the morning and they scheduled me in that same day! The service techs showed up literally to the minute of when they said they would and they were VERY professional, informed me of everything they were doing and let me know pricing. I do too work in the service industry and your service is top notch and definitely something i will be measuring others as well as even my own service skills to. Thanks very much, it was an absolute pleasure in dealing with you guys, you have a great company. No point in calling anyone else for Heating and Cooling service, Distinct is the go to company!
