I do recommend Nerds2You for people during COVID and those unable to travel, however, when Claudio arrived at my home, over 1 hour late he was very belligerent and put me down many times with rude comments which I didn't bother arguing about. He asked me what search engine I used and I told him Yahoo which he said, wasn't and maybe I didn't know the difference between a portal and a search engine. Again, I didn't want to argue, however Claudio, Yahoo! is an Internet portal that incorporates a search engine and a directory of the WWW. If you want a put-down service, then Claudio is the perfect technician. I got very tired of his so-called intelligent put-downs that I cut short our appointment and when he presented me the bill for which I feel I was overcharged, as to the real-time he provided his service, between answering his phone calls and not deleting all the background stuff that was left and still running on the programs he was supposed to have deleted. It's nice that he provides this type of service, but I don't want him in my house to tell me how smart he is and how dumb I am. I have during my professional career, started and ran many large companies over my 45 years in business, and no matter how smart Claudio thinks he is, I would have fired him if he treated any customers like he treated me!
