Never, ever again would i have them do my driveway. No referrals from us. They came excavated my driveway. Regraded, promised me 3-4 new inches of new gravel. They flattened what was there, added 1 inch of that of crushed concrete, which wasnt the gravel agreed upon. They said approved by government etc etc blah blah. There contract states gravel, but not the type. They came back 3 weeks later, i was shocked they came when they said they would this time. I asked the machine operator apparently one of the owners. I said, gravel is 1 inch below garage, 1 inch below sidewalks/city curbs. How will you get 3 inches of asphalt in there. He said contract states 2 inches. Yes it does, but it says 2 inches pressed. He insisted 2 inches pre-compaction, they installed pressed the asphalt. They didnt screw up slope, they couldnt, slope from garage to street drops 7 inches. But those curbs, like a slithery snake. Endless roller marks. Cracked 5th week. I've been calling them since August. No reply, no coming to take a look nothing. PEOPLE READ THE REVIEWS, THE BAD ONES, not the good ones. The good ones i am positive are fake/family members typing/posting them. Read the bad reviews they are real!! Should've read the reviews on many social media forums on them. I noticed they reply on good reviews. But no balls to reply on bad reviews. Leaves me to wonder if the good reviews are fake/friends of theirs building up there so called integrity/credibility. I have read many negative reviews about West Ontario Paving both on HomeStars and Better Business Bureau since hiring this awful company, and can relate to many of the clients' negative experiences and the appalling treatment you can expect from the owner when you lodge a legitimate complaint, anything from delay tactics, not responding by agreed upon times, rudeness, threats, Especially Gaetano, all the threats, swear words. The facts are here in my home/driveway. Garbage
