D in Sleepy Hollow

We selected this plumber due to the low bid we received. We had a couple of problems like they installed a cracked overflow pipe which ended up creating a leak in the ceiling a quite a bit of damage to our newly drywalled and painted ceiling. Of course they fixed the problem. After 12-15 years most of the ball valves and having problems not turning. Maybe this is normal? Basically overall experience good and the price was right.

We like the service, however next time we would purchase different equipment. The furnace is by Olson and the glow coil goes out too frequently. The Air conditioner units are by Andersen and we don't care for the quality either.
