Contractor [Ryan} did not complete replacement of fencing removed for access, in accordance with contract. I made the mistake of paying in full before it was done. What's worse the fill material and "topsoil" have a substantial clay content and are extremely slow to absorb water. As a result the new lawn replacing the pool is soggy for much too long after rain. Repeated calls,since completion,for the fencework have produced promises but no action after many weeks.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The Renaissance Painters team did an excellent job, remained on schedule, was very responsive, and came with good communication throughout the job. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

Architectural Iron Works made and installed a stair railing on a wide staircase between two floors in our house. It is beautiful and perfectly installed. Asad is a pleasure to work with.
