Oruci discussed our project with us at length beforehand, suggested alternative materials, and noted our must-have workmanship quality and logistical concerns. Upon presenting their quote, they reviewed all the above to confirm that what they were pricing is what we wanted. They began the work within the time promised and proceeded to carry it out in an efficient manner. Since I did my own plumbing, I appreciated the time flexibility they allowed for me to get that done. At day’s end they did a reasonable job of tidying up, and hauled away all discarded materials. They did a good job of protecting our carpets, flooring and adjacent furniture from damage. They resolved a minor glitch with the installation of the grab bar by completely redoing the work rather than trying to simply patch or disguise it. Throughout the project, they were courteous and informative and made an effort to establish and maintain an effective customer/provider relationship.
