Green in Hamilton

Poor customer service. Would not recommend. They did work on a neighbour's property and drove all over my property last fall, doing damage. The crew said they'd be back to fix the damage. They didn't come back. A few weeks later, I called and spoke to a receptionist who said she'd have the owner call me. No returned call. I kept calling until I got to speak to the manager of the local office. After repeated calls and assurances, they finally came out to fix the damage. They did a half-way job, dumping some dirt into some of the ruts, but not all. I called a few times and got speaking to the manager again on a Tuesday. He said they'd be back to finish by the end of the week. Here it is the following Thursday, and they haven't come back. At this point, I have to think they won't be coming back. All I can do now is to continue to tell everyone I know what a terrible company Davey Tree Service is to deal with. I'm also telling folks I know at various utility companies across the province about Davey's terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who cares about customer service.

Everyone associated with Foson was very helpful and professional. They delivered on time and were very quick with the installation. They put down drop sheets to protect our hardwood floors between the entrance and the kitchen. We were very pleased with the whole experience. We love our granite countertops and it's the first thing everyone mentions when they see our new kitchen.
