It was a pleasure dealing with Ben at Toronto Rug Cleaning. He is very knowledgeable about the business - he immediately identified the details of our three rugs as well as knowing exactly when and where they were made and purchased. He kept his appointments and was right on time, and our cleaned rugs have never looked better. We also purchased a new underpad, and Ben took the time to explain the reasons for providing the best one for the rug on our type of floor. I definitely plan to call Toronto Rug Cleaning again in the future. Thank you, Ben, for providing excellent, friendly service in the middle of a pandemic. We appreciate it.
