We hired Stratus to help us complete parts of our home after our original contractor made mistakes and left work unfinished. Rob's and his team are great! Expert, punctual, polite, couteous and have come back to help us with minor additional issues no matter how samll.

We had an isue with a leak in a copper pump leading from our recirculation pump into the water heater. Elie was recommended by Carmine our Heating and Ventilation Contractor and he came through with flying colours. Elie called me and although this was a small job he did not brush me off and arranged a time to come by and accomodated my busy schedule. He identified the problem and fixed it, but more importanly explained how the system should function and what might cause future problems and how to maintain and prevent future issues. He was curteous, punctual and highly knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
