I developed 2 leaks in a roof that they installed. The first leak was in the ceiling of a bathroom. This water had come from the roof. They promply came, found a small place where the nail had pulled loose, and repaired it. Last summer I got a leak in the ceiling of my den. They came out twice, cleaned my gutters very well, and finally found a small hole in a shingle (it looked like something hot had burned this hole) and replaced the shingle. Just this week the bathroom ceiling started to leak in the same place as before. The promptly came out again, inspected the roof, and found a tiny crack where the water had gotten in. I was not charged for any of this. They were very pleasant and friendly. I was extremely pleased with the service.
