I've been dealing with Leon's for more than 20 years and this is the worst store. It appears that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Very poor communication.....no follow ups whatsoever. I made a purchase back in May and the transaction was finally closed off on October 11, after many emails, phone calls and even a trip to the store. I sort intervention from the Orangeville store because I was waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting on my purchase. Go to Orangeville store and deal with April. Thank you April for your excellent customer service skills
